TECNICAL DESCRIPTION
The group is suitable for
tomato and fruit juice extraction. It is formed by an external cylindrical
body in which a big thickness screen strengthened only on the extremities is
placed. Its conical section holes allow a more efficacious action of
drainage.
A rotor truncated-conical shape is placed inside of the screen
with radial awners. Its moving along the rotation axis allows the regulation.
The machine have a water-steam washing system with programmed timer, formed
by a cylindricalring bearing nozzles that cover the total lenght of the
machine.
