TECNICAL DESCRIPTION

 

The tomato peeled is conveyed on the skin-separator's rolls.

The rolls rotation cause the skin separation and the peeled tomatoes advance on the successive sorting conveyor.

The machine is constitude by a stainless steel tubolar structure and by a rotating rolls set.

The rolls are made of atoxic rubber and have, on the end, a gear to consent the rolls rotation.

The racks are in bronze-aluminium to reduce the friction coefficient.

The machine is completely closed with protection crankcases, in accordance with the last European Regulations (CE) and is equipped with a speed reducer of 3.0 HP.
