TERMOPHYSICAL VACUUM MACHINE model ALFATERNA

 

The machine is constituted by:

  • A stainless steel elevator, with steel inox structure, for the feeding of tomato to the entrance of the valve. The elevator is connected to the entrance through a transmission chain.

  • A tight sector valve for the introduction of the product moved by a motovariator of a speed of 5.5 HP, flanged in the inner of the valve itself. The inner is constituted by bronzebars with leaf spring while the laterals one are in bronze and cast iron that are in contact and are lubricated. The seals of the rotationshaff are composed by puddening with a bronze stuffing box.

  • An Archimedean screw for the feeding of the product, of inox steel; for the steamcooking, which works with a motorvariator, speed 4.0 HP; flanged to the stainless steel cylinder of the Archimedean screw.

  • An intermediate sector valve which runs by motoriductor with 5.5 HP of speed, responsible for the carriage of tomato, from the cooking section to the vacuum one.

  • An Archimedean screw conveyor for the peeling of vacuum tomato which works with a motoriductor, speed 5.5 HP.

  • Vacuum is made in the container, previously described, through two flanged attacks of 2" on the upper side of the cylinder.

  • A tight valve to discharge the product, moved by a motoriductor of HP 5.5 speed.

  • A vacuum plant constituted by a stainless steel condensor, complete with pipes for the nashing process. The vacuum is assured by a liquid ring pump with a motor 20 HP speed.

  • The water circulation for cooling is guaranteed by a water circulation pump of 4 HP speed.

  • A central system of lubrication, with a cabin with 0,5 HP pump and distribution blocks for 18 points.

  • A stainless steel tank, placed on the inferior part of the carrying structure for the condense gathering.

  • A structure with steel of carbonio beam HEB 160 mm. painted with antirust and antiacid hammered enamel.

  • An electric switch desk.

  • An automatic pneumatic pressure controller in the steam cooking section.

  • A calibring roller conveyor produced with atoxic materials, moved by a motorvariator HPI. It's action favours the dripping of the tomatoes
